- Shareable meeting links — select a time range and share a link that shows the proposed window and timezones.
- Calendar integration — connect Google Calendar or Outlook to overlay your events on the timeline and avoid double-booking.

Compare times across cities and find the perfect meeting window — no account required.
Open the appHow It Works
Start by adding the cities or time zones you work with. The app displays a visual timeline where each hour is color-coded to show business hours, evening, and overnight periods at a glance.
Drag across the timeline to select a time range and the app highlights the corresponding local times in every city, making it easy to find a window that works for everyone. You can then copy a shareable link so recipients see the proposed time in their own zone.
Optionally, connect a Google or Outlook calendar. Your events overlay directly on the timeline, letting you spot conflicts before you send an invite.
Tip
Privacy
Timezone App is designed to keep your data in your hands. When you connect a calendar, events are fetched using a short-lived token and rendered entirely in your browser. No calendar data is sent to or stored on our servers.
Without a calendar connection, the app stores only your selected cities in local storage — nothing leaves your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

- No. All core features — time comparison, timezone conversion, and shareable meeting links — work without creating an account. You only need to sign in if you want to connect a Google or Outlook calendar.
- Is Timezone App free?
- Yes. Timezone App is completely free to use with no paid tiers, usage limits, or ads.
- How does the calendar integration work?
- When you connect a Google or Outlook calendar, Timezone App requests read-only access to your events. Events are fetched and displayed entirely in your browser so you can spot scheduling conflicts. No calendar data is stored on our servers.
